ZANESVILLE: Thomas H. ''Dunny'' Dunn, 68, of Zanesville, died 8:15 a.m. Monday, May 17, 2010 at his residence following a lengthy illness.
He was born Monday, March 16, 1942 in Zanesville, the son of Harry W. Dunn and Alberta Lee (Pride) Dunn. Tom married Diana M (Davis) Dunn on Saturday, April 20, 1968 and was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. He was a veteran of The United States Air Force. Since 1979 Tom has been a sales representative for Southeastern Ohio Media Group, General Graphics Division. He was an avid golfer, a member of the J C's Beer Box League, the K of C #505 and the Eagles #302.
Tom is survived by his wife of the home; a daughter: Christine Dunn (Stephen Rosenbaum) of Burton, TX; a son: Kendall ''Kenny'' L. (Natalia) Dunn of San Paulo, Brazil; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister: Linda M (George) Purks of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2010 at The Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue where a Christian Vigil Service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Friday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church with Fr. Martin Ralko as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery with VFW Post 1058 conducting Full Military Honors.

Dunny always brought a smile with him, everywhere he went. I love him and will miss him dearly. My heart goes out to the Dunn family in this time of need. Love you all.
